学术成绩
2012年,清华大学李梢教授由于在中医药生物信息学、中药网络药理学上的开拓性工作和成果,成为2012年度中医药学科唯一的国家杰出青年基金获得者,也是 “中医药学研究新技术和新方法”领域首位国家杰青[6]。
2013年,李梢课题组在中医证候生物学研究上获新进展,连续发表了中医证候生物标志和舌苔微生物组的研究成果[7]。
2014年,李梢课题组的六味地黄方网络药理学研究论文登上国际刊物封面[8]。
2014年11月,美国《华尔街日报》以“古老疗法的新资料”为题,用两个版面刊发了一则头条报道,其中重点介绍了李梢课题组的研究成果[9],该新闻入选“2014世界中医药十大新闻”[3]。
2015年,李梢提出了中药新作用机制模型——基于网络靶标的效应开、关模型,为优化中药组方、促进药物研制提供了新思路[10]。
2016年,李梢由于在中药网络药理学上的研究成果,入选英国皇家化学会“Top1%高被引中国作者”榜单。[4]
2017年,李梢课题组在Cancer Research建立了消化道炎癌转化的分子-细胞-系统多尺度计算模型,为揭示炎癌转化规律、发展防控措施提供新途径。11月,李梢课题组在胃炎寒热证分子网络、六味地黄网络调节作用、中药网络靶标模型方面的三项成果,得到美国NIH/NCI肿瘤补充与替代医学研究战略白皮书的引证和好评[11]。
2018年4月,李梢课题组成果“打造大数据和人工智能时代的中医药“核芯”技术”亮相首届数字中国建设峰会[12]。
