需要一个10k nt的DNA片段，请问除了合成外还能如何获取

实验需要用到10000nt长度的DNA片段，请高手指教除了合成途径外还可以如何获取？不胜感激！

如果10k的片段是由几段不同的片段组成，可以按照无缝克隆的方法来做，先PCR各个片段，同时引物上有相应的另一个片段的同源片段，最后无缝克隆在一起到T载体或其他小的载体上。

10000nt长度的DNA片段: a gene or a piece of DNA fragment from any gene? The very simple method to obtaine  this 10 kb DNA is that cut some plasmid vector which is larger thn 10 kb in size with some restriction enzyme or enzymes , and run gel to purify the band that is at 10 kb position.
