用慢病毒或siRNA转染细胞后，PCR和WB的结果不一致，怎么筛选干扰效率最高的siRNA呢？

用慢病毒或siRNA转染细胞后，通过PCR和WB检测，筛选出干扰效率最高的siRNA，但是如果PCR和WB的结果不一致该怎么办呢，以哪个结果为参考呢？

验证慢病毒干扰效率时，比如用第一个干扰慢病毒处理细胞后，在PCR结果显示干扰效率为70%，但是WB结果却没有明显差异；用另一个干扰慢病毒处理细胞后，PCR结果显示干扰效率＜50%甚至更低，但WB结果显示目的蛋白表达有差异。那么最终选择哪个慢病毒做正式实验呢？
