什么是干预性临床试验和非干预性临床试验

The ICMJE defines a clinical trial as any research project that prospectively assigns people to an intervention, with or without concurrent comparison or control groups, to study the cause-and-effect relationship between a health-related intervention and a health outcome.
这里对临床试验的要求都是干预性（interventional）的。

临床试验一般都是平价干预性研究。就是对疾病进行干涉后的观察病人的临床症状，体征，药代动力学，药效学的变化等。对症给予药物、手术、检查、化验等措施。
