What kind of genomic DNA is? Do you have any gel picture showing genomic DNA? What the gene is to be amplified. I am not sure if 98 C, 30 S is good for Taq DNA polymerase activity.

老师您好，我用的是培养的细胞系，经慢病毒感染后提取的DNA，用的是TARAKA的全基因组DNA提取试剂盒。扩增的基因是CXCR4因，PCR用的酶是NEB公司的Q5 Hot Start High-Fidelity 2X Master MiX,扩增程序是NEB试剂盒推荐的，98℃ 30s也是试剂盒所给出的时间。

Try to make fresh genomic DNA and run 2-3 ug of the sample on the gel to verify genomic DNA before running any PCR reaction.
