【求助】流式抗体保存不慎

询问了ebioscience的服务人员，说荧光抗体比较稳定，室温放五天没有问题，后来上过机感觉可以，真是万幸

下面是服务人员给我的解答，附上：
The PE anti-mouse Ly-6G (Gr-1, Gr1), Cat# 12-5931 andFITC anti-mouse CD11b, Cat# 11-0112 should be fine after leaving them at room temperature for 5 days.Both the fluorochromes are quite stable, and as you did have them stored in the dark, they should not have been compromised.However, I would recommend that you do a small scale experiment to test the performance of both antibodies, just to make certain that no damage occurred.

你好，我的流式抗体因为实验室电闸跳了，冰箱大概断电了半天，也是买的EB公司的，测了下样，发现只有FITC染的CD4可以出来，APC和PE都不能染出来，请问流式抗体在室温放置后孵育的时间是不是跟以前不一样了？

关键问题是幸好不是串联染料。串联染料基本废了
