样品要求
样品类型:总RNA;
样品浓度:总RNA浓度≥500 ng/ul;
样品总量:总RNA用量> 500ug;单次文库制备用量250ug,为保证实验的顺利进行,因此需保证样品总量大于2次以上的建库用量(不包括样品检测损耗);
样品纯度: OD260/280为1.8~2.2,OD260/230≥1.0,260nm处有正常峰值;
RNA完整性:总RNA 28S/18S≥1.5。(距送样日最近的电泳结果)
