Stability : | The lyophilized antibody is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -200C. The reconstituted antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-80C. Frozen aliquots are stable for at least 6 months when stored at -200C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Reconstitution: | Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml. |
Biological Activity : | Normal goat IgG should be used in immunoassays at the same concentration as the specific goat polyclonal antibody. It is recommended that a range of dilutions be utilized in preliminary experiments to determine optimal concentration. |
