MOLECULAR CHARACTERIZATION
rh CD19 (20-278) Fc Chimera is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 55.1 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Pro 20. DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 62-70 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
