Flamma®Fluors
既包括发射波长从紫外到近红外的荧光团,也包括对荧光团功能化修饰的可标记蛋白质、肽、多糖、糖蛋白等的荧光探针。
AngioFlamma®Probes
是一种具有靶向作用的荧光探针,其含有RGD肽,可靶向细胞基质外的整合素,可用于炎症反应,肿瘤和血管生成的研究。
NpFlamma®Probes
主要包括NpFlamma® HGC series和NpFlamma® MMP series。前者是基于壳聚糖而形成的近红外荧光纳米造影剂,可靶向血管用于肿瘤成像。后者主要用于组织再生、肿瘤转移以及炎症的发展研究,都可用于活体成像。
qFlamma®Quenchers
qFlamma® Quencher是一种荧光双标记探针,是基于FRET原理,将一种荧光染料和一种淬灭剂染料连在一起,主要用于qPCR和酶活性的测量。淬灭范围400~700 nm。
ApoFlamma®Probes
主要包括ApoFlamma® PS series和ApoFlamma® H series两种荧光探针,两者都是研究细胞凋亡的。前者结合***脂酰丝氨酸,后者结合组蛋白1。
CytoFlamma®Probes
是一系列对细胞膜、细胞骨架等进行染色的荧光探针。对细胞的结构研究有便利性。当荧光发射波长处于近红外或者远红外范围,还可实现对细胞的追踪。
