Description
Anti-GST tag specific to GST tags can greatly improve the effectiveness of several different kinds of immunoassays,such as ELISA、Western blot 、 Dot Blot and IP.Anti-GST tag reacts with the 220aa GST tag sequence and is suitable for detecting fusion proteins containing a GST tag. Anti-GST tag is produced from the hybridoma which is fusion of Sp2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma and Blymphocytes obtained from mice that immunized by GST protein. After hundreds of selection cycles, our researchers successfully isolated an antibody against GST tag with high specificity and sensitivity.
